Patient Support Unit

Patient Support Department Overview

The Patient Support Department was established for the first time in Mongolia based on the successful experience of Tokushima University Hospital in Japan. Skilled professionals who have received specialized training in Japan are now providing dedicated services to our patients.

As a strategically important unit that directly contributes to the organization’s success and sustainable growth, the Patient Support Department aims to deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
